NYC wine company
I love teaching these classes, I really do, yet I never imagined myself being a teacher, at least not until I moved to New York City (few winemaker posaitions available). I had been living in California for about 2 and a half years. At that point it was the culmination of a nearly 8 year span during which I lived in 6 different locales in 3 countries (4 if you count California). I moved to New York armed with my experiences, what I had learned along the way, and a penchant for conferring a voice to bottles of wine in a way that people fortunately liked, relaxed without overdemystification, I believe this will be our company motto.
Six years later we have our own dedicated space in Chelsea with ever increasing demand for wine classes in the city and beyond. What an exciting time to be a wine drinker, no? How exciting? A Paris discotheque, 1977. (NYC vied for top honors in '77; Son of Sam, Billy Martin, Reggie Jackson, the Blackout, still, the very French are too good at being French). The point? News, the people like news Andy. More classes have been added, more are on the way. Thank you for your support.
